Nursery

Well folks, I waited forever to get the paintings for the nursery from my friend. But after many months and no progress on their end, I decided to take things into my own hands and finish what they started. So now that our collaborative art is finished.. here's Ro's nursery!!!
It's a "Tattoo Femme" themed room.. at least that's what I was going for.. and I LOOOVE it!

  6. Oh my god! I love her room. I don't like purple but this room made me fall back in love with it. I love love love her room. The chair, the paintings,the chalk board. Soo soo cute. The colors go well together too. LOVE IT!!!
    I have pom pom balls in Kings room. They are soo fun huh!

  13. oh. my. good. heavens. this nursery is AMAZING! i'm pregnant with my second son, so i get no love in the flowery, purple-y, lovely department. i'm totally in love with your creation! rowan is one lucky baby girl.

  31. THANKS GIRLS!!!!!! XOXOXOXO Glad all our hard work paid off! It may look slightly minimalist and simple but the room is long and narrow and when we had more stuff in there before it looked super cluttered! Plus we pretty much altered every single thing in the room in some way or another besides the curtains and chair. All the essentials are there and neatly tucked away and everything else she needs is either in another room or put away in her closet. I THINK IT KICKS ACE!

    AmyLee: nope didn't make the chalkboard.. it's actually a chalkboard wall decal i ordered online ;o)

  43. I would love to know where you got your curtains if you don't mind sharing? I saw your room on Spearmint baby and just HAD to come over and say hi - my daughter is three months old and her name is Rowan Elisabeth!! I love to know there is someone else out there that like Rowan and a girl name:-) Her room is purple too (but purple and green) and I'm still shopping for window treatments after three months!
